When you export, pdf-lib rebuilds the document with your new order and rotations applied, copying pages losslessly. Nothing is uploaded — the thumbnails and the rebuilt file are all produced on your device.

### Are the thumbnails generated on a server?

No. Thumbnails are rendered by a self-hosted build of pdf.js running in your browser. No page image ever leaves the tab.

### Does rotating or reordering re-compress the pages?

No. The export copies pages losslessly with pdf-lib and only applies rotation metadata and the new order — text and image quality are untouched.

### Can I undo a deletion?

Pages are only marked for deletion until you export; toggle a page back on before exporting to keep it.

### Does it work offline?

Yes. Once loaded, the pdf.js worker is cached and the tool works with no connection.
